LiDAR Surveyors
Our surveyors are trained in LiDAR scanning technology and RICS measurement guidelines. They carry out property surveys quickly and accurately — typically completing a full property scan in under 30 minutes — with results accurate to within ±1%. They also produce our specialist HMO plans with full fire safety annotations.
3D scanning & virtual tour experts
Matterport Operators
Our Matterport operators are trained on the Pro3 camera system and know how to set up and execute a 3D scan efficiently without disrupting the property or the vendor. After the scan, they configure the tour — adding Mattertags, Highlight Reels, room labels, and Mattertag content — before delivery.
Drone specialists London-wide
CAA-Licensed Pilots
Every drone pilot on our team holds a current CAA Flyer ID and Operator ID, and carries full public liability insurance. They carry out pre-flight airspace checks on every booking, handle NATS authorisation where required, and operate safely in London’s complex airspace environment.
Cinema-grade property storytelling
Videographers
Our videographers shoot on cinema-grade 4K cameras with professional gimbal stabilisation, producing smooth, flowing property walkthroughs and lifestyle films. They understand pacing, light, and how to make a property feel aspirational — not just documented.

Our editing team works overnight so that assets shot during the day are ready by the following morning. How far in advance do I need to book?
Most services are available within 24–48 hours. For urgent same-day bookings, call us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can I book multiple services in one order?
Yes — and we recommend it. Photography, floorplan, and EPC can often be done in a single visit. Bundle bookings are managed seamlessly through our portal.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the appointment. Just log in to your account and change the date — no calls or emails required.
Do you work with multiple branches of the same agency?
Yes. We support multi-branch agencies with a single account, shared branding templates, and centralised billing — contact us to set up a trade account.
How is the final invoice handled?
You’re invoiced per order, per property. Monthly consolidated billing is available for agencies placing regular orders — ask us about our agency account setup.
What if I'm not happy with the results?
Every order includes at least one round of revisions. If something’s not right, tell us and we’ll fix it — no argument, no extra charge.
