Do I need to have shot with MaisonVue to use the editing service?
No. We accept raw files from any source — your own camera, a freelance photographer, or another agency. You don’t need to book a MaisonVue shoot to use our editing service.
How do I send my files?
We provide a secure file upload link when you book. You can upload directly from your computer or share a WeTransfer or Dropbox link. For large batches, contact us and we’ll set up a shared folder.
What counts as a "floor" for floorplan sketch editing?
Each floor of a property (ground floor, first floor, etc.) is priced separately at £29. A typical 2-storey house is 2 floors. A single-storey flat is 1 floor. If you’re unsure, send us your sketch and we’ll confirm the price before starting.
What if I'm not happy with the edit?
Every order includes one round of revisions at no extra cost. Simply tell us what you’d like changed — style adjustments, colour tweaks, furniture swaps — and we’ll turn around a revised version within 24 hours.
Can you handle large volumes?
Yes. We regularly handle bulk editing for agencies and studios — 50+ photos or multiple properties at once. Contact us before placing a large order and we’ll confirm capacity, turnaround, and any applicable volume discounts.
